IT Analyst Customer Support(HO)
Ensure an optimal and sustainable service delivery in customer support for all users, including help-desk and on-site-support.
Manage day to day support and evolution of IT infrastructures;
Contribute & coordinate projects to guarantee compliance with standards.
•OneDanone project has defined some standard IT processes to be rolled-out and applied in each cluster
•Danoners Digitally Fluent program will implement new tools for all Danoners
•Manage infrastructure of day-to-day on going, in her / his field of activities; ensure maintenance and development of the IT infrastructure
•Build an effective organization to provide proper level of support to IS team & end users
•Ensure effective support by defining & monitoring internal SLAs and KPIs
•Coordinate & implement infrastructures or systems in compliance with standards and SLAs
•Contribute to projects to deploy / enhance solutions & procedures together with other IS/IT teams
•Contribute to the DAN’IS IT strategy
•Propose improvement actions & contribute to IT innovations
•Provide and permanently develop knowledge of infrastructure and systems, and ensure documentation for his/her field

•More than 5 years experience on IT customer support : client side, computer hardware and software, printers, help-desk, on-site-support
•Knowledge of computer setup, mastering technology and software distribution
•English : Business Level
•Japanese : Advanced Level
•Head of IT CBS Japan-Korea
•Mainly at Danone Japan HQ in Tokyo.
•Include Tatebayashi Factory in Japan.
•Some travels to Korea
Normal working hours 8:45-17:30
Holiday / Vacation
Company calendar will depend yearly on the number of Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.
*Year end holiday:December 29 to January 4
